<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Hugh Longbourne Callendar, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>Sending herewith a copy of the first referee on this paper 'A Theory of the Chemical Action of the Electric Discharge in Electrolytic Gas and other Gases' [no enclosures]. Sir Joseph Larmor is prepared to report generally in favour of the paper for 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' if Callendar as Chairman will support him. Larmor says it's difficult to think of a suitable referee, all the Oxford men having assisted in the work, and it seems hardly necessary.</dc:description>
