Sir Joseph Larmor is prepared to report generally in favour of the paper for 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' if Callendar as Chairman will support him. Larmor says it's difficult to think of a suitable referee, all the Oxford men having assisted in the work, and it seems hardly necessary.</dc:description>
