As I have had to decline the Marine Biological Association, which normally always meets here, I am afraid I cannot offer you a room for the 25th. Could you meet here on Tuesday, the 24th or early in the afternoon of Friday, the 27th. Every other afternoon is filled up, unless Monday afternoon, the 23rd would suit you.' 16 October 1911
