<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Professor A [Arthur] Schuster FRS</dc:title>
<dc:description>'Can you tell me who is the proper official of the St Petersburg Academy to receive the contributions to the International Association of Academies? I see that last year it was received by Professor Buckland, but there is nothing before me to distinguish his personal from his official capacity, and I think the contribution ought to be addressed officially and not personally.
I have seen no printed document yet from St Petersburg in the name of the International Association and suppose that there has not yet been any meeting of the Council. I shall be much obliged by one line on the subject.'</dc:description>
