Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Dr Robert Kidston FRS Harrison fears that he cannot take the responsibility of authorising Kidston, as a referee, to put himself in direct communicated with the author of the paper referred to; it is contrary to the principles of the reference of papers.
