Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Professor J [John] Stanley Gardiner FRS, Chairman of the Zoology Sectional Committee Paper by Dr J Schmidt on Danish researchers on the life-history of the common eel, with notes on other species. With reference to Gardiner's letter of March 15, the above mentioned paper was referred to Prof E W MacBride and th Prof Graham Kerr. Harrison copies out the reports of each of the referees. MacBride thinks that it is interesting, but not suitable for Proceedings [of the Royal Society] and Kerr reports that unless the author is willing to shorten it, the paper should be printed as it is. 23 April 1912
