Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to [Professor Arthur Schuster], The Chairman of the Physics and Chemistry Committee The paper by Dr Vernon Harcourt on 'The variation with temperature on the rate of a chemical change', with appendix by Professor Esson, was referred to Sir William Tilden and Sir Joseph Larmor. Larmor suggests that the paper might go forward for printing for 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' without waiting for a meeting of the sectional committee, if the chairman thinks that is desirable. 18 June 1912
