Part I', was referred to Dr H C Pocklington and Sir Joseph Larmor, both of whose reports are favourable. Larmor suggests that the paper might go forward for printing for 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' without waiting for a meeting of the sectional committee, if the chairman thinks that is desirable. 18 June 1912
