Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Leonard Cockayne, Fellow of the Royal Society, 181 Linwood Avenue, Christchurch, New Zealand The Treasurer, Alfred Bray Kempe, wishes to acknowledge Cockayne's letter of 25 April enclosing a draft for £18 in respect to his contribution as a newly elected Fellow. The annual contribution is 33 and the life composition £60. The full statutory payment is £10 for admission, and £4 annually, but there is a fund called the Fee Reduction Fund which can relieve Fellows of paying the full amount. It is not understood how he arrived at £18, but it is being paid, and if he wished to avail himself of the reduction fund, a cheque for £15 shall be returned. 5 June 1912
