Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Dr C [Charles] J [James] Martin FRS 'Replying to your postcard of the 12th instant, I find that Mr George Dean's Certificate "has ceased to be valid under the five years rule" (Statutes, Chapter 1, Section XI).
