The Biological Secretary has asked to to send you the enclose remarks of the second referee. Dr Bayliss recommends the paper for the Phil[osophical] Trans[actions] on condition that the suggested alterations are carried out. 
The Chairman's remarks upon the paper will be sent if so desired. 
The paper by S Russ &amp; H Chambers, was, in the absence of the Chairman, referred by the Biolgocail Secretary to Dr C J Martin. The report has not yet come in, but when it does, it shall be sent to you together with the paper.'</dc:description>
