He recommends the paper for the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' to be published in full with all of the illustrations, and considers it a 'valuable original paper'. Asks the Chairman to give instructions, as he will remember that Professor Nuttall's report was adverse[?]. 27 May 1913
