Professor von Baeyer has been proposed on various occasion and he might adopt a statement previously made out, if the writer is agreeable to that course. Sending two cuttings from which he will see that Professor W H Perkin and Professor F S Skipping have both written statements of claim [no enclosures]. Pope and Sabatier have not been proposed before, and statements will be required.</dc:description>
