The only information which can be given regarding William Bridgman is that he was elected a Fellow on 15 March 1821, and he appears to have been an independent gentleman residing first at Great Russell Street and afterwards and Frogmore, Gloucester. He was also a Fellow of the Linnean Society and a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries. 3 September 1913
