Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to H H Stephenson Is glad that he does not press his request for the list of Fellows not signing certificates, as the making of such a list would be a considerable undertaking, and moreover it would not be justified to send such information to a non-Fellow. He is misunderstood by thinking a Fellow cannot sign more than one candidate's certificate. Harrison is not aware of any rule to this effect. 16 October 1913
