<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr [William Napier] Shaw, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>Referring to his letter of 18 October on the subject of payments for seismological work at Eskdalemuir, it appears that a balance of £97.2.1 is still due in respect of the sum of £200 a year for two years voted by the Royal Society in 1911. This sum can be had on application.

Regarding M H Gray's gift of £200, the second moiety was received lately and was at once paid over. The first moiety has not been paid over, but can be had, on his application, if desired.</dc:description>
