<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Michael Foster, Secretary, Royal Society</dc:title>
 <dc:description>'Dear Sir,
The only papers that need referees are: -
T J [Thomas Jeffery] Parker, Additional observations on the Development of Apteryx, and E H [Ernest Hanbury] Hankin, On Defensive Proteids or Alexins. A mineralogical paper by Prof Bonney [Professor Thomas George Bonney] came in this morning, but it is indended for "Proceedings" ['Proceedings of the Royal Society']. I am putting it in type, as it seems safe & is not large.
Yours truly
H Rix
Asst Sec RS [Assistant Secretary, Royal Society]'. </dc:description>
