<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Sir James Crichton-Browne, Fellow of the Royal Society, 7, Cumberland Terrace, Regents Park, N.W.</dc:title>
<dc:description>Crichton-Browne's application for the resuspension of Dr Ross's certificate has arrived weeks too late, and so it cannot be resuspended until after the election in June, at which point he will need to apply again for it to be put up the next year.

Rix encloses a receipt for his annual contribution. A postscript notes that the annual contribution amount is three pounds, so he has altered the cheque accordingly.</dc:description>
