You will find the passage about the springs at Devizes in Aubrey's Natural History of Wiltshire 4to. [quarto] 1847 p.21. We have looked in the "Philosophical Transactions" ['Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'], and in Weld's History of the Royal Society, but find nothing further. There may of course be something in our archives, but that involves a search which I fear the pressure of business will not allow us to undertake.
