<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Alexander Buchan, Royal Society of Edinburgh</dc:title>
<dc:description>Rix asks if Buchan is the right person to apply to for the 'Transactions of the Royal Society of Edinburgh', and explains that one of the Royal Society's Fellows was 'furious' at not finding a recently published part of the journal in question. He acknowledges with gratitude the speed with which they have recently sent the journal, but asks, if there is part due to them, that it could be sent.

Rix emphasises that the Fellows of the Royal Society like to be up-to-date with such a publication, and so it would be a benefit if they could send the parts as soon as there are published.</dc:description>
