<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to the Secretary, Cardiff Naturalists' Society</dc:title>
  <dc:description>'Dear Sir,
I have to acknowledge receipt of a letter addressed to our Senior Secretary relative to the Wild Birds Protection Act. I fear there will be no Council Meeting till the 28th inst. [instant]. If this will be too late to be of use, please let me know without delay, as in that case some Fellows may perhaps sign in their individual capacity, tho' [though] this of course will not be so effective.
Yours truly
Herbert Rix
Asst. Sec. R.S. [Assistant Secretary, Royal Society]'.</dc:description>
