<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to the Newspaper Extract Agency, 19 Spring Gardens</dc:title>
  <dc:description>'Dear Sir,
In answer to yours of yesterday the volume in question cannot under any conditions leave this library. As to type-copying that can surely be done in either of the public libraries I have named? If not, your typist may come here any day but Thursday or Saturday between 11 and 6, but we object to this library being used for purposes which the public libraries are intended to serve.
Yours truly
Herbert Rix
