Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Mr Street, Office of Works 'Dear Sir, Gutter outside the lavatory was stopped this morning with soot & dirt, & the rain came through our ceilings in consequence. Our own man unstopped it, but it is a question whether the other gutter should not be looked to. Also, skylight on 2nd floor lets in the rain.
