Copy letter from Michael Foster, to Dr Augustus Waller, Weston Lodge, 16 Grove End Road, N.W. Waller's letter of 18 June was read to the President and Council of the Royal Society at their last meeting, and Foster has been directed to convey their response; namely that they do not need to be told that what occurs at their meetings is of a strictly confidential character until it is officially made known, and cannot take into consideration any communication to which "currency has been given", except in an official capacity. 25 June 1891
