Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Messrs W Dyer & Sons, 8 Orchard Street, W. 'Dear Sirs, I have submitted your estimate to the Treasurer. He has only been authorised by Council to spend £20. He says that if you will do the four pictures for £20, they may be done, but if not, only the first three pictures mentioned in the estimate must be done.
