<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Dr Edward Schunck, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>Rix has noticed that a question about Schunck's entitlement to 1885 part 1 of 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society' arose while he was away. As it was less than three weeke between his application and the time he should have applied, he has ordered the stock-keeper to send the part requested.

Rix explains that Mr James, in sticking rigidly to application of the Statutes, was only doing his duty in declining the request until leave had been granted.</dc:description>
