<dc:title>Copy letter from an unknown correspondent, to Messrs West, Newman & Company</dc:title>
<dc:description>'Please let me have separate estimates for the following: - 1.) Use of stone, printing 1000 copies, paper, writing, and all the usual costs except drawing on the stone of a plate measuring three feet in length by the usual height (about 1 foot). 2.) Ditto. ditto. for ten quarto (Phil. Trans. ['Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'] plates. The above are to illustrate a paper by Professor [Harry Govier] Seeley, and will be much of the character of the enclosed plate. No1 will be on thin paper. No2 same as pattern'. </dc:description>
