Copy letter from Michael Foster, to General Sir Henry Ponsonby Foster requests, on behalf of the President and Council of the Royal Society, that Ponsonby make Queen Victoria aware of their recommendation of Professor Charles Lapworth and Professor Arthur William Rücker for the Royal Medals in 1891.
