<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Frederick Orpen Bower, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
  <dc:description>'Dear Sir,
I cannot tell when your paper will come on. The Officers are very averse from taking papers out of their order. It all depends upon when you send it in. We never announce papers before they are received. I do not think, however. that there is any chance for Nov 26, as we have sixteen papers on hand. If the text is ready you might send that in without waiting for the diagrams.
Yours truly
Herbert Rix
