<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to General Richard Strachey, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>Rix believes that Strachey stated that the years to the left of the dark line, 1834-47, were not as important as the others, as Mr James states that it will take him a week longer to do if he includes these years. Given this, Rix wonders if he would prefer to have the table as it is, having been completed to the year 1847 working backwards.

He also states that he is in receipt of the 'Pigmy' manuscript.</dc:description>
