Dear Sir,
I regret to say that the Committee met, according to the warning sent to all Fellows, on the 25th &amp; every seat is now taken, except 2 or 3 at a side table. The plan is already in type. I will reserve seats for you at the side table on the chance of vacancies occurring, unless I hear to the contrary.
