Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr H D Rolleston, 55 Upper Brook Street, W. Rolleston's letter calling attention to the conditional bequest of the late Dr John Davy was laid before the Council, and they say that while they would like to possess a portrait of Dr John Davy, they regret that lack of wall space makes it impossible to observe the conditions of the bequest, and so they will have to decline. 2 November 1914
