<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to The Secretary, Institution of Electricial Engineers</dc:title>
<dc:description>A vacancy will shortly arise in the representation of the Institution of Electricial Engineers on the General Board of the National Physical Laboratory, owing to the retirement by seniority of Alexander Siemens, and Harrison asks their Council to nominate a representative for the next six years by 9 December. Siemens is not eligible but he will become an 'additional member' of the Board until March 1918 when his period of office on the Executive Committee expires.</dc:description>
