I am now directed by the Chairman of the Gassiot Committee to forward you the unanimous recommendation of the Sub-Committee; which is that Mr L H G Dines MA, AMICE, Senior Professor Assistant now at Eskdalemuir Observatory be appointed to success Mr Cullum.'</dc:description>
