<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society to J H Parsons, 34 Queen Anne Street, W</dc:title>
<dc:description>'Hardy has handed me the enclosed note to send on to you in reply to yours forwarding the report by Hartridge & Hill. As to the meeting; we think we can have the paper in print ready to send round by Monday the 12th, and suggest tha following Thursday the 13th (say a 4 o'clock) for a meeting, if that would suit you. Thursday is a good day for getting people here when other meetings do not interfere. I am not concerning Sir William Abney, because the last letter I had from him, dated a fortnight ago, intimated that he was "off duty" for a indefinate times; but if you think he ought to be consulted I will write to him. We shall be closed here from Thursday next to the end of the following week; if anything is to be done before Easter in the way of corespondence I shall be glad to know at once.'
