Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society to Professor H L ORchard, Kencot Rectory, Rochlade 'In reply to your letter of April 29th, I have to inform you that no paper can be received by the Royal Society unless it be communicated by a Fellow of the Society. As you mentioned Professor Hull's name I wrote to him with reference to the paper and he tells me he does not intend to communicate it, nor does he hold himself responsible for its contents.
