Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society to Dr Frederick Augustus Dixey FRS 'Replying at once to your note I find that your cheque for your RS contribution was received here on the 12th, the Saturday morning ( when attendance is short) and that the receipt was sent to you on the Monday; it ought to have reached you on the evening of the 14th or the morning of the 15th, and if it has not done so by now please send me a card. There are evidently del ays in post beauase your note dated the 15th has only come to my hands this morning.' 17 June 1915
