Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society to Dr Thomas Henry Havelock FRS 'The Physics and Chemistry Committee at their meeting last week had under consideration the paper by Mr Oxley, on which you were good enough to report a short time ago; and I am directed to ask if you will kindly say if the revised paper meets your criticisms.
