Duffield purporting to be communicated by Sir Ernest Rutherford. Explains that he is not at liberty to register it as received by the Royal Society without a direct request from the communicator. Therefore suggests that Duffield asks Sir Rutherford to intimate his desire to communicate the paper to the Society. 1 November 1915
