[Frank] Tinker, 'The Selective Properties of the Copper-ferro Cyanide Membrane'. Notes that this is the paper which was received on August 30 and lost by Professor [Frederick George] Donnan. A duplicate was sent to Mr. [William Cecil Dampier] Whetham, who reports in favour of its publication. Asks Professor [Hugh Longbourne] Callendar what further action should be taken. 21 March 1917
