<dc:description>Informs the Secretary of the Admiralty that the Washington Academy of Sciences have offered to cooperate with the Society in solving any British military or industrial problems related to the war. Notes that America's National Research Council has the most distinguished scientific men in America, and has at its disposal large funds voted by the Governent, and that if the Admiralty should wish to avail themselves of these services that the Society would aid them in the arrangements. </dc:description>
