M.] Kyle, notes that is has not been communicated following the normal procedure but was sent in as a belated report on Mr. Kyle's work as a Mackinnon Student. Explains that correspondence with the Mr. Kyle is ongoing over how to make the paper suitable for publication by the Society. </dc:description>
