<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society; to Professor [Reginald Crundall] Punnett, FRS</dc:title>
<dc:description>Informs Professor [Reginald Crundall] Punnett that his letter on the subject of the allocation of the Gunning Fund was recently laid before Council. Explains that there has already been another suggestion with regard to the allocation of that Fund. However, the Council believed that Professor Punnett's application could be met equally well from Government Grants Funds, and so have allocated £50 out of their Urgency Fund to enable Miss Saunders to continue her experiments in the study of heredity. </dc:description>
