<dc:description>Informs the Under Secretary that at the last meeting of the Glassworkers Cataract Committee, held on 15 April, 1915, it was decided that Mr. [Hamilton] Hartridge would continue his researches into the pathological effects of the heat rays on the eye. However, Mr. Hartridge has since become a naval officer. The work will therefore remain incomplete until the end of the war. </dc:description>
