<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society; to [Paul Cambon] the French Ambassador</dc:title>
<dc:description>Encloses a cheque for £116.6.11 in favour of Dr. Alfred Perot and Professor Charles Fabry who were jointly awarded the Rumford Medals of the Royal Society [not enclosed]. Notes that, owing to the Royal Mint's inability to supply medals in gold or silver, the whole balance of the Rumford Fund has been handed over in order that the medallists may obtain these with the sum.
