Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society; to Sir Alfred [Bray] Kempe, Treasurer of the Royal Society Informs Sir Alfred Bray Kempe that application has been made by the International Catalogue of Scientific Literature for the payment of £389.12.10 out of the special fund. Explains that the sum is required to pay the bills of the printers in respect of the Geology and Mechanics issues of the Catalogue. Notes that, as the purpose for which the money is required is exactly that for which the special fund was established, there should be no doubt that the application should be granted. 21 March 1919
