Explains that Professor Lees is in favour of the paper's publication, though suggests certain sections need to be shortened and a figure ommitted. Further notes that Dr. [Arthur] Schuster is prepared to pass the paper for publication subject to Sir Richard [Tetley] Glazebrook's concurrence. 28 May 1919
