Asks if Sir David Prain, FRS, would act as Chairman as Sir Thomas [Henry] Holland, FRS, the current Chairman, is away, as Sir David Prain has previously held the office and is the most senior member. Asks how they should proceed, and says, 'I think it would be a good thing to call  the Committee together in order to remind the members that the body is still alive.'</dc:description>
