<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Michael Foster, Secretary, Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>Dr Edward John Routh has sent an obituary for George Biddell Airy which would make eight or ten pages of the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society' and Rix wonders if he should set this up or not. Dr Risien Russell has sent Rix a short abstract of his 'Proceedings' paper and Rix wonders is he is to put this in type or the full paper. Rix also asks if Foster knows in what language the Croonian lecture will be delivered. </dc:description>
