Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Arthur Matthew Weld Downing, Nautical Almanac Office, 3 Verulam Buildings, Gray's Inn, W.C. Downing's letter of 4 January has been laid before the Library Committee at their recent meeting and Rix is instructed to remind Downing that the Royal Society already send the 'Transactions [of the Royal Society]' and 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' to the Admiralty Library and the Royal Observatory and the Committee is not of the opinion that a separate grant should be made to the Nautical Almanac Office. 31 March 1892
