<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to the Editor, 'Colliery Manager', 32 Bouverie Street, E.C.</dc:title>
<dc:description>Professor [Frank] Clowes has asked the Royal Society to answer the Editor's letter of 4 April. The blocks are never allowed to leave the Royal Society, besides which Clowes' paper stands in type. Rix encloses a memorandum which the Editor can present to the Royal Society's printers [not attached], Messrs Harrison & Sons, authorising them to take clichés of the blocks at the Editor's expense. </dc:description>
